PEACE!! My oh my what a first week this has been! Ironically enough reporting for first ¼ ended up being on 11/11. In any case, I find it very interesting and intriguing that although I’m someone who is big on organic everything and nothing forced, this challenge forced me to be accountable for myself as others in improving so many different things. For one, I was forced to improve time spent sleeping/resting as well as the quality of sleep. That was an issue for me prior. That has since changed and I completely feel the difference overall. I had a reading goal separate from this that I was faulty on and since I’ve started this specific challenge, I’ve been “forced” to build a positive habit in reading more than ever daily. I didn’t have a separate goal for meditation, however this particular commitment also allowed for me to restart my mediation practice which also worked hand in hand with things such as more sleep. This has brought me to be more relaxed overall as well as gain more mental clarity. These are things that were a bit of a challenge prior. All in all, I’m so excited for what’s to come for the next 3/4’s of this commitment/30 Day Unrecognizable Challenge for not only me, but for my peers that have joined me in it as well! Cheers! |
