| I just made a serious commitment. I plan to lose 1 lb a week for 36 weeks. Today I weighed 220 lbs, BMI 29.9, and had a BP of 140/90. By the end of this I hope to be 184 lbs, BMI 25, and lower my BP back to 120/70. If I miss my goal, I owe my father $10.00 a week!!! Plus he gets bragging rights! Here to losing weight and better health. | |
