hi good morning , its the med night actually lol , so its been hard days not that much i already reached my goal , but i dont know why im feeling hungry all the time its annoying to feel hungry all the time like i could eat 3 or 4 burgers and i really did it O.O , but i work out so hard so i can reach my goal on time , my wight today is 137,2 kg im proud of me im so proud i know that i will stick to it i know that i can do it this time the problem is , now i feel hungry and i really dont know what to do and what is the reason behind this feeling , i make some work out so it will maybe let me forger about the hunger but still , so im thinking about zucchini and apple or one of theme but my stomach thinking some thing els , let me tell you maybe it will help me forget , pasta pink pasta with chicken & cheese on the top , oh my god i had brilliant idea , what about cutting the zucchini to slices like the pasta and add some yogurt and i will add to that the spices wich we put usually on the pasta i think i will do it :) im happy now |
