Week 7 of not pulling my hair or plucking my eyebrows. It's been hard to not mess with my acne. I've had quite a bit of screwups so I think I need to come up with some sort of strategy. Any suggestions would be very useful for how to deal with any of this shit. Fake nails have made it so I haven't bitten my nails in a week. Other compulsive/nervous shit to somehow work on: - Picking at the skin on the soles of my feet - Biting off skin on my lips & hangnails - Rubbing my scalp/hair to produce flakes of dandruff Amongst other things In conclusion I don't know what is concerned success or failure with this goal anymore because there's so much to it |

It was a rough week. I'm not giving up though. 💪 Week 6 of not picking my scalp. Starting over again with not picking my skin. Experimenting with fake nails to see if they help me not bite my fingernails. |
