1) Not exceeding 1800 calories per day until I drop down to 170 from 185 2) Not eating past 8pm 3) No snacks, only meals 4) No sugar or subs 5) No dairy 6) No fast food ever ONLY DAY THAT DOESN'T COUNT IS SUNDAY FROM 9AM-6:30PM.
