| This is motivating me to NOT set an alarm, which motivates me to go to bed on time, which is what would get me TO wake up without needing an alarm. | |

| Woke up at 2:30, went back to sleep. Woke up at 3:30 again. Went back to sleep. Heard my opportunity clock, got up turn it off then went back to sleep. The idea of this is to get up not go back to sleep past the opportunity clock, but to actually wake up to get my day started. | |
