Shicomi commits to:
Green smoothie and bone broth fast every day from 6am Friday 27th until 6th January 2020 until after weigh in at Academy.
* Can have plant milk in coffee and tea with xylitol. Stevia also allowed but no other sugar/sweeterns on days with no eating windows. * 5 hour eating window on evening of Fri 27th Jan. 2 hour eating window Sat 28th. 5 hour eating window on 31st December. 4 hour eating window on 1st January. 2.5 hour eating window with no sugars on 6th January after weigh in at Academy.
