Only 2 workouts this week, but due to injury. 1/7 Legs. 1/9 Push. Wasn’t able to do any push/pull for the start of the week. Now (as of 1/10) arm still bruised but no longer hurts to work out - ready to resume as normal

Worked out 4 times this week: 12/27 Legs, 12/29 Freestyle, 12/31 Push, 1/1 Legs. Had a blood test and started experiencing significant bruising/pain in right forearm, so wasn't able to do 5th workout. Holding off any push/pull days until bruising goes down (hopefully by 1/7 or so)
