Woke up at 7:20 yesterday because weekend. Should really just have bitten the bullet and gotten up at 7 because I wasnt tired later in the day like I thought Id be despite going to bed at like midnight. Probably just cause good schedule the past week I wasnt too tired yesterday. |

Slept over at friend's house. Woke up at 7:45am naturally. Seems very much within the spirit of this goal and an exception can be made, although I can write explicitly that "if I sleep over at a friend or girl's house then I can wake up naturally without an alarm" when I renew this goal. |

Didnt wake up at 7am but it was NYE last night so doesnt count. Next time I make this commitment I should specify that its okay to sleep in if I went to a social event like a party or on a date the night before. |

Not much to say about this one. Had pretty terrible sleep with palpitations so in my eyes could have slept in a bit without breaking this commitment. Commitment is mostly like dont sleep in on regular days just cause you stayed up late, but okay if you got sick to sleep in. Woke up naturally at 7am anyways today. Will probably stay up late tonight because of NYE but assuming I sleep at my own place I dont think that is sufficient reason to make an exception for this rule. |
