Need to get my diet and sleep together to truly be in line with the spirit of this goal. Diet needs some experimenting to figure out what works. I think from now on not to schedule hanging out after work because I have to leave early to do so and usually get to bed late which throws me off the next day. Just doesnt make me happy to schedule events for weeknights. |

Worked until 6:30pm last night. Too tired to be productive after that. Should take a little better care of myself in the future, which I am by trying a new diet. |

Had haircut. Spoke with Alyssa about break up. Worth leaving work early to do these things. Got some work done at home which was good. |
