I am going to lie and cheat on this one... haha I did walk Renly twice, farther than I was going to. Instead of just walking outside near the garage like I planned. And I did move boxes from Lincoln to Azalea.. .up and down steps and everything. |

I did not do any mindful exercise. Sure, I could say ... well I did "this this and this", but it was not intentional. This loss on this week should help me pick it up this week. |

I did not full out exercise that third time. But I did walk the dog twice and I did walk twice @ 2 miles each. I will have to talk to my referee to see if that is legitimate. I do think so because I don't always walk Renly, but I wanted to, to make sure I got some exercise. |

| I planned on being more productive today including going for a walk but I have the worst headache. It's like a caffeine headache but I had plenty of coffee. I have a feeling it's sugar detox. | |
