| Coming to the end of the first week i feel very contented and proud with such a small achievement. The extra time I’ve been able to put into connecting with the people around me has made me very happy. Im slightly worried that im going to smoke at the end of the month as a ‘reward’. Hopefully i will talk myself out of this before the month is up. | |
