I promise to send a new photo that clearly shows me wearing my pyjamas and glasses 6 days a week by 12.30AM for a period of 1 month. Failure to keep this promise will result in the following financial penalties: For first failure, £5 to be transferred to Accountability Coach Subsequent failures will result in escalating penalties: Second Offence: £10 £10 to be transferred to Accountability Coach Third Offence: £20 £20 to be transferred to Accountability Coach Fourth and Final Offence: Total Failure is triggered on Stikk Safeguards: Redemption After an offence, if there is perfect compliance for 6 days in a row, I can go back to the previous offence level. (So for example, if I had committed 2 offences and paid a total of £35, if I then had perfect compliance for 6 days, I could go back to Second Offence Level.) Extenuating circumstances Accountability Coach can, at her sole discretion, make exceptions if she believes there are extenuating circumstances for an offence, and if she believes that to instigate the offence would not be beneficial to the promotion of adherence to this contract. Failure to Pay Failure to transfer to Accountability Coach money for offences committed will trigger Total Failure on Stikk Planned Non-Compliance If I write to Accountability Coach at least 6 hours before the deadline that I intend to go to bed later, and provided it is for a social opportunity, this will be allowed. However, AC may request evidence that it is for a social opportunity. Failure to provide evidence may result in Total Failure if AC believes I have lied. Subject to Change This can all be changed, subject to approval by both Accountability Coach and myself with at least 24 hours notice. |
