| My GPS is not functioning on my phone anymore. My distance is back to being an estimate but I have a better idea now that I am running outside. I think I made about 10.5 miles last week. And Mike started a walk-run program this morning which is good. | |

| I had to do some running in the gym as it snowed and Endmondo does not keep track of miles well when going in squares so I estimated based on time and went about 10 minutes extra just to make sure. | |
