I did it. For 4 weeks and not vacation. I got up early Monday to Friday incorporating meditation and yoga into my day. I feel better with it as a result. I have less anxiety. Though it is not gone. I have a better relationship with my family as I'm less wound up and I dont feel more tiredness. If anything I sleep better! Time for another challenger! |

Slept in on Sunday as the one day I wouldn't getup with an alarm. Fuck, I could have slept all day. The cold here makes you want to stay under blankets forever. Today, after a reasonably early bedtime when my alarm went off, I was in the middle of a dram and had been dreaming all night, but I looked back on yesterday and thought, I have had my rest day. Today I get up. Yoga and then meditation again, though my meditation practice is not as effective as in the past. That being said, it is a practice and I just have to work into it to get that zen feeling. |

Nice man. Thanks for the tip. Had a really good efficient day and even pushed to the end to do a great workout at 103p at night. But that meant only getting like 6.5 hours sleep last night, however I woke up and still did a meditation and yoga this am. |

So, didnt get up early at all in Portugal as it was vacation. But didn't feel I needed it. Had a little anxiety one of the days and did a meditation and made a small change regarding how much I use my phone. I use marco polo with many people but one group of siblings i polo with polo back and forth like 40 times a day if not more. The notifications cause me.anxiety and I never feel caught up. So I just left the group and made a commitment to be on the phone less. Today I woke up without alarm and did some workouts instead of yoga as I'm behind though I did run a hilly 6.9 miles yesterday. Then j did meditation. |
