Same as last week. Now that I have more time to workout at home, I ran during morning and night time for 3 days.
Day 1: I ran 1.1 miles at 4.5 mph for 15 minutes (morning and night time)
Day 2 & 3 are consistent as day 1.
I noticed this is more of a better running schedule for me because it makes running easier for my weak right knee. I also notice that I’ve lost weight by doing so.
I think I might come out of this quarantine in great shape! :)))

This week was a success
I divided my 30 minutes run in half. Doing 15 minutes morning and another 15 minutes at night for 3 days.
1st day:
In the morning I ran 1.2 miles for 16 minutes (did walk for a minute)
Night: 1.15 miles for 15 minutes
2nd and 3rd day similar to first day.
I find 15 minutes run much easier to bear than a full run of 30 minutes. |

Missed one day of exercising because I had two exams and one quiz to study :(( |

That’s great to hear that you are back on track. Keep working hard. Your extra efforts are what set you apart from others! |
