| Did a 30-second ice bath. There wasn't much ice. I did the breathing first and I didn't fill it up enough to get my chest in. | |

| I took a cold shower today, took a 50-min walk outdoors in short sleeves (around 50*F) and didn't put on a robe indoors when chilly. | |

| I took a cold shower yesterday morning and this morning, too. I also didn't bundle up much when it was very cold. I only ran the heater in my car enough to defrost the windshield: it was 35*. I parked far away (COB) and tolerated the cold on the way in to the office. | |
