Ok, definitely not perfect, but made some pretty good changes. Haven't had any cheese. Have had some chips, they seem to be the hardest thing for me. I plan to continue on...

Finished day one of the O2 diet. Was a little hungry but that's ok. I also went for a long walk and went ice skating to get activity in. Have a slight ongoing headache, which is what happens when I'm not eating enough. After the first four days the calories go up slightly. Here we go Day Two!

Have been eating really healthy the last few days and it feels great. Roger and I made a yummy healthy version of stuffed poblanos. Eating from the garden is the best.
