I commit to not eat foods containing gluten for the whole week. I will not be penalized for eating gluten products that I find out after the fact had gluten (I cannot intentionality go "don't tell me" In order to take advantage of this). I can only be penalized for eating foods that I know contain gluten. I honor to watch myself at all times.
