It wasn’t a great week overall; some good days, some bad. After one of the bad days I got so fed up that I grabbed the book Atomic Habits, read it all in an entire day, and drafted a rigorous daily schedule that I’ll be following throughout the pandemic. In that schedule I must log my meals the night before and stickK with them. I think it’ll work. |

Thursday was David’s birthday and we pigged out until 9 pm. Throughout the week I did do intermittent fasting, eating between 12-8/1-9. After David’s bday I didn’t eat again until Saturday at 6pm, so a 45-hour fast. On Sunday I ate more snacks than I should have but it wasn’t unhealthy or anything. This upcoming week I’m doing the Clean diet to see if my eczema goes away. I’m also doing IMF and will be eating few calories. I’ll prep my meals the night before in MyFitness app so I don’t gorge. |
