| To clarify, I give myself a pass on sundays and so that is a scheduled miss. Other days I have missed have been honestly calculated... like I decided that I needed sleep legitimately more than meditation and yoga. This morning was almost one of those days and then I sat thinking that I went on a really long run yesterday and my body could benefit from the stretching. With all the reasons for anxiety I am pleased to say im less anxious than I was a month ago. And generally happier!! I got my zen back baby!!! | |

| Just wasnt up for it this morning. But on a positive note I knew I wasnt being lazy. I was listening to my own rhythms and felt I needed that extra sleep for whatever reason and then when I got up for the 2nd time i did feel better | |

| Woke up pretty full of anxiety... heavy chest and yoga wasn't super helpful. But then finished meditation in a different happier state and it made me realize that I can transition myself when that feeling comes on. Ysatersay was a tough day. Wednesday's are our busy day and I just got blue after school and felt I was struggling with the monotony. I think it was brought on by a lack of caffeine as I fell asleep outside Mayara's gymnastics class!! Hopefully today is bettwr | |
