| Had some ups and downs this week (a few slip ups in my diet) but I buckled down towards the end of the week. I also did plenty of exercise. | |

| Had a great week, for the most part. Stuck to a regime of healthy eating. I still had a "cheat day", but I didn't splurge as much as I did last week. Worked out 4-5 days, mostly cardio and HIIT. May I stay consistent for the rest of the time!! | |

| I did great ALL week. I was well below my target weight. Then, the day before the weekly report, I give myself a cheat day as a reward. I splurge. And now I'm 2 pounds over weight. SMH. No more cheat days for me... | |
