Reporting daily - Unless sick/injured/emergency, every normal working day, do the following: Set a personal, school, or work Asana task that would not typically be a priority and add the words “MUST DO” to it for the next day. (Not on last day before weekend). Also put it on the calendar a time to do it. Then ensure that any task set to MUST DO is completed, or at least 20 minutes effort put towards it if it was not completable within the original time estimated
