| One week in and didn't mess up! Been playing more rapid games which I think is a nice improvement! Also, more productive.. not sneaking in blitz games during work hours lol | |

| It's going good so far. I was afraid I would forget about this and play blitz when I first woke up this morning which I often do to help wake me up. What a horrible habit right? Also, I did a one hour chess study on endings, and immediately after of course I had a huge urge to play a blitz game. I always think "just one" and then play like 5 games which is a full hour! I feel when that happens it undoes all my hard work. So I resisted the urge! | |
