Today is the third day of my new eat less commitment. I wanted to enact this change because historically I’ve been a huge eater, but just worked out like a maniac in order to maintain weight. And I’m usually on the soft/chubby side. But I also saw research that explains how overeating is hard on my body and possibly shortens my life. I want to eat an appropriate amount, but I hardly even know what that is because I’m so used to eating so much. So far, eating less has made me feel awesome—never hungry but just nice and light.
