I've definitely let myself go weight-wise over the past weeks. Not quite gaining weight but not losing any either. I'm consuming about maintenance calories, which is a bit more than I had been eating lately - in theory I should still be losing weight but I suspect my metabolism is slow enough where it balances out. As such I'm going to seriously try to get under 150 this week by Friday which means consuming about 200 calories less than I have been.

Good news is I'm able to do 3 sets of non-assisted pullups now and I can run almost five miles in a day now on run days. So it's possible that part of my weight maintenance is muscle gain.

I've been quite unmotivated in most aspects of my life lately and even exercise was slipping until basically today. Good news is my follow up blood tests were all normal and I'm now at a healthy Asian BMI. In a week I'll grab hit my weight goal but now I'm aiming for 10% body fat before I start bulking as the internet tells me I should. That's theoretically at about 137 pounds or so I'll be at this for a while longer. I've now switched up to non assisted pullups as well! Can't do 3 sets 6 yet, so that's my next goal

Whoa been over a week since my last journal entry. I've been doing the same routine, last week weight felt stalled, but given how thirsty I was and what I ate, pretty sure it was salt and corresponding water retention. This week I'm regularly weighing under 153 and in fact two days ago weighed 150 after a run, which was clearly greater than usual loss of water through sweat etc. All of which is to say I'm on track. I also moved to my lowest resistance band this week and found that I've already almost hit 3 sets of 8 pullups, I think I should be able to do pull-up sets with no resistance in a few weeks!

Yesterday workout was fine as usual... Almost doing 3 sets of 8 pullups, and I'm expecting to switch to a lower resistance band in 2 weeks or so. Run today was great too, wasn't too hot so I decided to run a longer distance as I read that distance is how you first build speed.
