Goal Description:
During this lockdown my routine is all over the place and I've found myself sometimes not getting out of bed until the afternoon. I would like to first commit to waking up each day before 11 which will help me to begin to shape a more positive routine again. I would also like to start each morning as soon I wake up with a meditation of any length or type, whatever I feel called to that morning.
