Posidonius commits to:
1. Wake up early (before 9:00 unless there’s a reason I couldn’t)
2. Pray and read Scripture at least 10 minutes 3. Begin work at 9:00 and continue until 5:00 in the afternoon 4. During this period, and after waking up not to check any social media; not to use the Internet in any recreational way at all. But to commit to my work and focus on it, with short and reasonable breaks along the way.
