Instruisto commits to:
I only eat at meal times or if hypoglycemic. Meal times are defined as three one-hour periods each day. The first hour is the hour of waking, the next is six hours after waking, and the third is six hours after that. In addition, I will have one piece of fruit before bedtime as desired.
