Very happy with myself and the Stickk app too. I have set some longer term (1 month) health strategies and some research-writing (6 month) strategies as well - to see how it goes in a different domain of my life.

Going well, drinking enough water is the hardest part, especially on the weekend when I am out of my routine. I will need to keep an eye on this.

So lovely to stick to just a few goals, do more if I want and have the opportunity but deliberately NOT push myself. Gives me room to explore what healthy eating, exercise and thinking will look like in my life :)

Today I will change the 2 litres to 8 big glasses of water as it was a little hard to track. I will have a glass before and after breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and dinner.
