Completed last week of exercise in excellence! Strength training x3 times and cardio x2. Last week in Vegas of my 5 week stay there. I’ve seen a visible decrease in fat mass! |

I continued to do 3 days of strength training combined with 2 days of cardio, for a total of 5 days. M-W-F without fail, I strength trained. T-Th cardio while listening to book (I’m actually looking forward to it every week now). Monday last week was the hardest, but I still completed my workout and did not miss any one day.

I exercised 5 times during the week and did an 11 mile kayak on Sunday. Feeling great. Monday (first day) of last week I worked out at 10:30 pm - that was the hardest day. Nevertheless I did it. Three days of strength training and two days of cardio/active rest. |
