In the next 7 days, including organization hours, tutoring and teaching, prep for each, and other "desk work" I will put in at 35 hours of work. On at least 2 days I will have done 2.5 hours work by 10am and 5 hours work by 3pm. On two other days I will have done at least 2 hours work by 10am and 4 hours work by 2pm. By Saturday, I will also have put in at least 4 hours on Quadrant 2 activities.
