Baso-02 commits to:
2 meals/week only with dessert (sharing food with someone doesn't count towards total); 5 days a week with meals during which I listen to podcast/audiobook/album or converse or be silent (no TV!). Added sugar = any type of bar; chocolate chips, other dessert food, etc.

| Another good week – lunch in main room is basically automatic. Still some progress to be made re: dinner, but I believe I am moving in the right direction. | |
