AstridM commits to:
not binging after dinner when I am alone at home. This means no unhealthy savory or sweet snacks in large quantities. When having a social drink with friends in the evening I allow myself snack with moderation. I want to change the 'negative' habit of binge eating into healthy habit of only taking a small snack once in a while and enjoy it.
