Follow my plan on Saturday
1. Waking up at 12pm (with 10 minutes of rest time) 2. Doing my morning routine (read, meditate, waking questions) 3. Leaving house by 1230pm for Muay Thai 4. Speak to 2 stranger before leaving for muay thai training. The topic can be about anything. The goal is to build rapport. 5. Finish 3 hours of work for the day. After I'm done with all of that , I allow myself to play 3 games.
