1. Waking up @ 1 pm and following through with my morning routine. Completing them within 90 minutes WITHOUT eating any food or going back to sleep after waking up.
(Read, Meditate, Waking Questions, Walk) 2. I commit to doing the social challenge. Wish 5 people have a very exciting day. 3. Spend around 1 hour working on the first block before eating. Eat after I'm done as a reward. After I'm done, I can reward myself by drinking a no sugar earl grey milk tea after I'm done with the plan.
