maximumpeaches commits to:
eat low carb, which means barley, vegetables, a few blueberries, any meat, oil, sauces that don't contain sugar are all fine. No sweet candy or chocolate.

Also I'd like to record my blood sugar levels during this experiment. I don't need to do it every day or something but just record them once in a while so I can see how barley impacts my blood sugar. One outcome I'd like to figure out is how much barley to eat in the morning when waking (maybe 200g is too much but 100g is fine, for ex)
