							RosyB commits to:
						 
							Do at least a minimum Strength Training (ST) session 6 days per week, and a minimum of once per day, 6 days per week release and stretch (R&S) session. Keeping requirements low and commitment simple to favour adherence. Let's do this!
 Min ST session is: -Squats or Bridges, 3x5 reps -Knee lifts (sit or stand), 3x5 reps -Toe raises (w or w/out band), 3x5 reps. Min R&S session is: -Roll out left side (LS) quads & calf -Stretch LS quads & calves -Stretch hammies See 1st post for more deets.
