Following a body weight training protocol for the next 6 months (26 weeks.) I will be doing a mobility and flexibility routine alongside this as well. For the first 3 months, I will stick completely to GST by Christopher Sommer, including the strength, mobility and flexibility work. After 3 months, I may choose a different strength protocol if I want to. I will begin with level 1 GST and work my way through each progression even if it feels silly easy.
