Stokar commits to:
stop my (near daily) binge eating (on sweet, salty, healthy, and/or unhealthy foods), especially after 8 p.m. and/or when I'm emotionally vulnerable. I also commit to healthy eating and snacking, which means one helping of dessert on a designated day of the week (i.e., Saturday) to prevent feeling totally deprived.
