ElinaM commits to:
I commit to becoming aware throughout my day when I am experiencing irrational fear. When this happens, to stop what I am doing, and acknowledge it, observe it, journal about it, and after I come to terms with it being irrational, to immediatly stop thinking that thought(s). The factor that will make me aware when I am thinking irrationally will be when I feel a high level of anxiety and stress.
