Start the week with a plan for my priorities. Have an agenda for the board meeting and key metrics to report on and be accountable for.
I will work with team to create their own weekly agenda. I will share my daily tasks and ensure all team have actionable tasks that everyone understands. I will review teams work each week and provide helpful feedback

We no longer have the board meetings as such. Instead we have weekly progress meetings with techstars where we are setting OKRs. I am still making time with the team and taking on new systems to manage myself and others to find the optimum solution. Also starting to delegate more with varying success |

The good: Held first board meeting with accounts and agenda. Set my own weekly and daily goals and did the same with the team. Created a slack channel for each team member to share their personal updates increasing trackability of the team and progress. Had one on ones with team members. The bad: Behind schedule on JIRA update and roadmap of features. Behind schedule on design feature list for perry and thus designs for devs. Behind schedule on grant application and thus not clearing other backlogs... |
