| I am just concentrating 100% on the job at hand for how ever long it takes. In my situation it works far better and I am getting better results than the 2x 45 minute periods which to me are to inflexible. This might be due to my inexperience. We will see | |

| Like I have said before. Rather than setting aside pomodo time, this challenge is more about being focused on the day at hand and achieving what needs to be done. Due to nature of this job, we strive to do what’s possible, but do it 100%. To this end this challenge is working | |

| Things still progressing well. I am not designating 45 minute time intervals to works yet as I haven’t needed to. I have been having long moments of concentrated focus just by the nature of the works,and I think due to the fact that a lot of my other challenges are coming into play. My meditation, breathing, awareness exercise etc are coming to the fore. Doing well. Keep it all happening | |
