Okay, here we go. I've done about a week of fasting till 5 every day. It's working. I've done fasting before. I think this goal will work because it's easy in that it does not require that I do anything, in fact, it requires that I do nothing until after 5 when it comes to eating. Failing is painful in that when I eat during the day, I feel bad for the rest of the day, guaranteed. When I can successful in fasting until at least 5 pm, I feel good. The issue is going to be no not get happy and or forget that eating before 5 is painful. If I do that, I'll eat before five and lose a day. I'm too old to lose days. Also, fasting until at least 5 pm is the ONE THING that makes everything else easier or unnecessary. Also, I'm starting out easy in that fasting till 5 is not really any harder than fasting for a shorter period of time. |
