							Exercise 5 to 6 days per week, making sure to use stim a minimum of 3 to 4 of those days. Complete exercises targeting muscles that lift foot and thigh on left side, along with glute max and med. (Model exercises on the right.) Exact exercises subject to modification by me and my physio. Also use stim on back and abs while working, 2-5 times per week.
