I did my three days. I am feeling the urge to really try and get back on this bandwagon which is the key to my overall success in live changing behavior. I got the Wii exercise "game" and Hillary and I got it up and running yesterday. Quite a workout for her and quite a revelation for me. I'll be working on that tree pose every day. Hillary just loved it, and we ave agreed it will be our after dinner entertainment. We each pledged to do 30 minutes. I need Hillary to stick to this. If I can get Hillary in shape, I'll feel super victorious! I will get myself in shape, and capable of standing on one leg! I know, these goals are about me, and keeping mre stressless, and with that in mind, I commit to another three times this week, if I can't meet my five. Just know I am trying. I expect certain unemployed people to do really well, and maybe even work up some new commitments to their good health and well being....

I am insanely busy this week with work and planning to work super long hours. How about we make a committment to each other to exercise three times this week, hectic schedule be dammed? It means other things will have to get sacrificed, but really, what is more important than our health?

I understand. It becomes so much harder to prioritize when it seems like your priorities are being crammed down your throat by demons. That being said, I promise you, and you know already, that you will deal with the stress better if you have exercised because your mind will be clearer, your body less prone to depression and you will have asserted control over something in this fucked up world.

amiserable failure this week; I am not programming this as a priority when I am at my most stressed. This past week was stress personified, and I hunkered down, beat back a fair amount of work, went with Richard to the doc which was more good news than bad, but I didn't move my carcass. All I can do is try for the old one day at a time this week. Butch and I can go for a walk today.
