I guess there are too many priority things and this newly added one becomes the least important task. Meditation has innumerable benefits. So I still want to inject it into my body and let it be a part of me. Hopefully, next week will be better.

I recall that I have gone to temples for meditation practice for about two years. I stopped doing it. What is laboriously done cannot be undone. Once devoted work will help the current me to regain the old good habit I used to possess.
