Beginning a regular exercise routine again and losing some weight so I feel like me again. Nursing makes me comfort eat so much, and covid and winter really hit hard with my health and I just feel unmotivated. I'm committing to PIIT28 (jesus fuck) and a few 28 day resets to see me through. It's going to be really hard at times but I reckon the determination will kick in like it did a couple years ago. And I felt the best I've ever felt then. I want to feel like that again.
