Didn't think I'd have to put in another report for this one. But I had no alarms this morning due to a failure of technology. |

I've created a new commitment. Since getting up on time was a morning thing, I've added "clean teeth before bed" and then I'll add vitamins and medication next time. It has no stakes because I'm not sure that helped. I had "$5 is at stake" on my morning alarms but I never actually *saw* it in the morning. So I'll see if this dramatically reduces success.
I've spoken to my friend about a tiny mural on an alarm clock and am bidding on a hideous one off ebay. I'm excited to see what it looks like when she's worked her magic |

I appear to have completed this particicular commitment. I wouldn't consider it successful. So I have some things to think about before creating the next one:
* Is putting money on the line enough when I'm tired?
* Would an anti charity work better?
* Where the heck do I buy a second hand alarm clock from? And do any exist that both don't tick and aren't ugly? (Or I can at least pass to my artist friend and pay her to do a tiny mural on)
* Do I want to repeat this until it's successful or add an extra step to the next one?
* Should that then be "get out of bed at alarm, make tea and take ALL medication and vitamins" or "clean teeth before bed and wake up at alarm?" |

I don't know what went wrong. But I slept in by about 3 hours. |
