| I can stay well under my calories for the whole day but if I eat a big supper I will gain. No if Ann’s or butts. I keep telling me myself I have to have a life too. Unfortunately I shouldn’t try to run it concurrent with losing a good amount of weight LOL. Good luck this week. | |
